Packages, sample itineraries and displayed prices are for travel planning and may change. Submitting an enquiry or saving a trip does not confirm a reservation. Availability and the final price must be confirmed by our team.
Quotes and bookings
Your written quote or booking confirmation should identify the travel dates, services, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and relevant supplier conditions. Please review these details before accepting a quote or making payment.
Payments
Payment amounts, due dates and payment instructions are provided with your quote or booking. Pay using the instructions confirmed by our team and keep your payment receipt. Displayed payment logos identify payment brands; they do not confirm that a booking has been paid or accepted.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on your confirmed booking and the conditions of the relevant suppliers. Ask for the applicable written terms before paying. Contact our team promptly if you need to amend or cancel a booking.
Traveller responsibilities
Please provide accurate traveller details and check that names match travel documents. Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and other required documents, and for reviewing destination entry requirements. Our team can explain any assistance included in your quote.
Travel suppliers and experiences
Hotels, airlines, cruise companies and other operators have their own service conditions. Schedules and services may be affected by weather, availability or events beyond our control. Natural experiences, including Northern Lights sightings, cannot be guaranteed.
